Fun Facts
❤️ NAMED AFTER A BILLIONAIRE’S WIFE:
The yacht's owner was Shapoor Pallonji Mistry, the chairman of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, an Indian-born Irish billionaire with a net worth of approximately $14 billion. His wife's name is Tatiana Mistry. The yacht was literally named after her.
🏖️ THE JAW-DROPPING BEACH CLUB:
”TATIANA” 's beach club is arguably her most talked-about feature and the one that caught everyone’s eye at the 2021 Monaco Yacht Show.
At 1,200 square feet (about 111 m²), it spans a massive portion of the lower aft deck. It features:
● An 8.5-metre (28 ft) freshwater indoor swimming pool, one of the largest on any yacht this size
● Hydraulic shell doors that open to the sea, blending interior and marine environment
● A bar with a backlit blue agate floor and Carrara marble accents
● Glass columns and teak decking surrounding the pool
● A massage room with its own shell door for open-air treatments
● A steam room and sauna
● Sun beds and lounge areas
⚡ SOLD IN JUST 107 DAYS:
”TATIANA” was put on the brokerage market and sold in a remarkably fast 107 days. The sale was announced on January 27, 2022, with Leo Jordil of IYC representing the seller and Alex Krykanyuk of Fraser Yachts introducing the buyer.
It was the largest pre-owned yacht sold in 2022, the youngest brokerage yacht sold in the 80–100m range since 2020 and also the biggest sale ever registered in January over the previous two years.
But the sale price was never disclosed. After the sale, she was reportedly renamed “SEVANNA”, but online she still goes for “TATIANA”.
💎 THE SEMI-PRECIOUS AMETHYST AND THE SEA CORAL CHANDELIER:
The main dining saloon features a jaw-dropping feature wall made entirely of semi-precious amethyst stone.
Hanging above the dining table is a custom Lasvit chandelier, designed in collaboration with H2 Yacht Design. It's made from hand-blown Bohemian glass rods encased in polished stainless steel, inspired by sea corals, with soft pink geometry that mimics the amethyst backdrop.
Another Bohemian glass artist, Crystal Caviar, created the light fixture in the stairwell leading to the guest accommodations. These are true bespoke art pieces. (+)
